MIA but back, sort of...

I know it's been a long time since I've blogged when I can't even remember my login password.  Quick update on our adoption process: we fired AGCI as our chosen agency, long story, but were unimpressed with them in the early stages and decided to cut our losses.  Now we are trying to decide between two other agencies.  It was such an emotional roller coaster dealing with AGCI that we needed a break.  Really, I didn't think the stressful part began until the dossier was submitted.  God is clearly trying to teach me to learn to be patient, and I have been fighting it tooth and nail.  Let's be honest, I like to be in control and for things to happen precisely when I want them to.  Oh, I have so much to learn.  I hope you are enjoying the beauty of the season and letting go of the insignificant minutiae so you can join me in striving to reflect on the celebration of the birth of our Savior.
