Pie Party, Week #3

Week 3 and going strong in pie-ville!  We are all going to have to ramp up our workouts to battle the bulge from pie-ville.  Last week we made a thin crust apple pie from The Pioneer Woman Cookbook. I'd like to say it was a huge hit because I love her recipes and just knew this one was going to be the bomb.  However, it was not and was more laborious for this set of pie-newbies.  But we had fun using our new apple slicer!
