17 Years ago everything changed
previous made plans went away with the February Alabama breeze
it was immediate, unwavering, fully encompassing
my fascination with you

the connection and love so natural spread 
you awoke my soul and turned my fickle heart towards sheer joy
i count you as my ultimate blessing, my beloved
