Grateful for the days

As I begin my last year in my 30's I am filled with joy and gratitude

Gratitude to My heavenly Father
 "Jesus sought me when a stranger
wandering from the fold of God;
he to rescue me from danger,
interposed his precious blood"

I pledge to embrace the wrinkles, to count each laugh line as hard earned
Each stretch mark as a reminder of the blessing of motherhood
To count my blessings of family daily, to cherish, forgive, and love BOLDLY

To tell my friends, often, how much their friendship is a gift I treasure
To strive to live more humbly and selflessly and without fear.
To patiently wait without worry for yet to be answered prayers

To count every breath as a blessing
Thank you Lord for this day!

  5. A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU (a little late!!!)
    Your kids are so adorable--I pray that you had a wonderful day!!!! I just ended my 30s and turned the big 40 in March and I was/am just so grateful to be alive. That doesn't mean that I don't wish my rear-end was firmer, my face was smoother and that I still had the energy of a 20 year old--but life is such a blessing. I know you feel the same!!!! I can't wait til I meet you in person (I can't believe we've already been here since February and we're leaving for home on October 1st!!!)

    Again, a late, but sincere, Happy Birthday!!!

    hugs/blessings,
    Lana
